Student Payments
Our university offers cash and installment payment methods. Tuition fees can be paid in cash or in installments by bank transfer or credit card. Tuition fees, library fees and document fees are paid in advance. Details of cash and installment payment methods are given below.
• Payments of fees determined in TL are made in TL.
• Fees determined in other currencies can be paid in TL as well as in other currencies. In TL payments of fees determined in other currencies, the Central Bank exchange rate for that day is used in the transaction.
Advance Payment
Advance payment options are valid for payments of fees determined in TL and for payments of fees determined in USD. Students who wish to pay fees determined in USD should contact the International Office. Advance payments made domestically can be made by money transfer or EFT to the University’s USD account, and advance payments made from abroad can be made by transfer method.
Students who want to make an advance payment can make their payment by choosing one of the following advance payment methods within the fee payment dates specified in the academic calendar. Payments can be made via bank/credit card or via telephone banking from Garanti Bank Girne branch or with your deposit account at Garanti Bank.
Payment in Installments
The installment payment option is valid for tuition fees. There is an installment payment option for payments in USD.
A 10% interest rate is applied for installment payments.
Students who wish to pay in installments can pay by bank or credit card within the fee payment dates specified in the academic calendar.

Late Payment
Late payment fees are applied to all tuition fees paid after the due date. Students who cannot complete their tuition fees by the due date are given the opportunity to make late payments until the end of the course add-drop period. In this case, the student must pay the late payment fee and the semester tuition fee in advance or in installments.
Refunds – GARANTI BANK USD
In cases where a refund is required in accordance with the relevant regulations and practices (leave of absence, leaving the university, etc.), refunds will only be made on the condition that the student has no debt to the university and has returned the goods and equipment provided to him/her by the university undamaged.
