Psychology is a branch of science that deals with the study of mental processes, behaviors, and the relationships between these two concepts. In other words, psychology involves understanding how people think, feel, learn, and interact with their environment or other people. The Department of Psychology is a broad-based, interdisciplinary program that aims to provide students with information about important theoretical and methodological perspectives in psychology. It also aims to teach skills in the research process. The Department of Psychology at Cyprus Science University aims to provide students with the excitement of discovery in psychology and a critical, analytical, and multidisciplinary approach to social issues. Psychology students are trained in the knowledge, research skills, and analytical abilities to address a wide range of personal, cultural, and intercultural issues.
