Business Administration Doctoral Program

General Information

The aim of the Business Administration PhD program is to provide students with in-depth theoretical knowledge and research skills, enabling them to develop innovative and effective solutions in the field of business administration. This program strengthens participants’ analytical thinking, critical evaluation and independent research skills, while also helping them prepare for leadership positions in their academic and professional careers. Students increase their academic and practical knowledge by specializing in various fields such as business management, strategy, marketing and finance, and thus have the opportunity to develop a scientific approach to problems in the sector.

Graduates of undergraduate programs who will apply to the Business Administration PhD program must have a graduation grade point average of 3 out of 4 or 80 out of 100. If they are not graduates of the same field, scientific preparation courses will be given. Graduates of master’s degree programs are required to write a thesis. If applications are to be made from non-thesis programs, those who graduated from the relevant field must have a grade point average of 80/3.00 and above. Graduates of non-thesis master’s degree programs who graduated from different fields must have a grade point average of 80/3.00, meet the application requirements for the thesis master’s program and take scientific preparation courses. Courses are completed in the first 4 semesters of the doctoral program. In the last 4 semesters, a doctoral thesis must be written. A minimum GPA of 3.00 is required for graduation.
