The Banking and Finance undergraduate program is a broad-based, structurally well-balanced, quality program that emphasizes the increasing importance of risk-focused financial management in the sector. In general, this program develops a solid understanding and experience of basic financial management theories as well as the use of analytical tools necessary for financial management practices in the modern business and financial world. The Banking and Finance department emphasizes and uses scenario and case studies in all major banking and finance courses in order to provide a thorough understanding of various possible alternative courses of action. Throughout their education, students can benefit from computer facilities on campus, fast internet access, physical library resources that are essential for case studies, research and project preparation, as well as extensive electronic databases outside our University.
The business administration department, which provides four years of undergraduate education, trains future entrepreneurs and managers who will take part in the main units of an international business, namely management, organization, marketing, administration, human resources, accounting and financial management departments, by providing basic business administration, finance, statistics, mathematics, economics, law and computer courses.

Our students who graduate from this program are equipped with managerial and computer skills and are well-prepared individuals with advantages in terms of various local, national and global competitive job opportunities in commercial banks, Central Banks, Development Banks, investment banks, insurance companies, finance companies, investment companies, pension funds, leasing companies and also in the private or public sector for production or service.
After graduation, students can choose to continue their academic studies with a master’s program in related fields such as Banking and Finance or Business and Economics and ultimately complete their PhD in a field of their choice.
